Pet Policy:

Shadowbrook Apartments is proud to welcome your furry companions. Our pet-friendly community allows up to two pets per home, with a maximum weight of 25 pounds each. A one-time pet fee of $200, a refundable pet deposit of $200, and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet apply.

To support a comfortable environment for all residents, we require each pet to complete an application, along with current veterinarian and vaccination records. While we welcome a variety of breeds, some restrictions do apply.
